Meet the Team
Eric is the managing partner and co-founder of C3i. He is a Risk Manager for firms operating within the design and construction industry. His role focuses on risk analysis of professional services agreements and construction contracts, education and awareness training to firm members from principal leadership down to entry level staff.
Upon transitioning from the military in 2007, Eric has spent considerable time providing operational and strategic risk consulting services to firm principals in order to assist them in determining the tactical direction of their companies.
Ken is a founding member of C3i and a practicing Architect. He contributes over 30 years of experience in the design, construction, forensics and training industries and he provides a leadership role in both the company’s technical and educational service segments.
His goals have always remained to provide high quality professional services, innovative service capabilities, and value-driven service delivery methods for his clients. At any given time, you can find Ken busy in a variety of roles not only typically of a design professional, but also in not-so-typical roles managing construction work, initiating development projects, teaching code officials, training and advising other design professionals, and even initiating other related business ventures.
Jennifer is a founding member of C3i and a Risk Manager. She brings 15 years of experience in guiding design professionals and contractors through insurance and risk issues, including coverage and contract reviews to adequately address exposures and satisfy their contractual requirements, including reviews of, and implementation when required, of non-insurance risk management alternatives.
Assisting clients in their journey from contract design through project completion is both challenging and rewarding. Jennifer applies a holistic approach to the process, educating and advising throughout and providing clients with risk management avenues that steer toward fairness for all parties involved. Proper management of professional services contracts for design clients and advice on appropriate contract types, forms, editions, contractual terms and conditions for use on projects between their clients and consultants is central to her approach.
